Shipping & Returns
Shipping is available internationally. All of our products are sent via AnPost Standard Post. Please use the current guide below to estimate the shipping time.
- Republic of Ireland - From FREE, 4-5 Working Days
- United Kingdom - From €2.99, 5-8 Working Days
- Europe - From €2.99, 6-9 Working Days
- Rest of the World - From €4.99, 9-10 Working Days
All orders may take up to 2-4 working days to be processed and sent out.
Larger orders (over 1kg/2lbs) may be sent out individually. This is done to ensure that the shipping cost is kept as low as possible and solely for the best customer experience.
Backorders & Preorders
Any products that are purchased and at the time are either "out of stock" or on "pre-order" will take an extra amount of time to arrive. This time varies from product to product but you will be notified of your estimated arrival date approximately <1 working days after a successful purchase.
These products will be shipped out to you once they are made available either by restocking or release.
If you would like to cancel your order for any reason, please email our support team (email@example.com) with your order number and your name. Our support team will handle the cancellation and you will be refunded the money through the method you used to pay. We may refuse cancellation if the order has began processing or is dispatched.
One Plus One Clothing always ensures that you are satisfied with your order but in the rare occasion that you are not, we will be able to return/exchange the item(s) you ordred for your money back (only applies to returns).
We've made it super easy for you to return your clothing. Just head to our returns centre and enter your email and order number to begin the process. You can select there each individual item you wish to return. If this page however is not working for you, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following:
- Your First & Last Name
- Your Email
- Your Order Number
- Reason For Return
- Items that you wish to return.
Item(s) returned must be in unused and re-saleable condition without any visible signs of wear and all original sinage in place. In the event you receive a piece of clothing that has been damaged already, please take images of this and send them to email@example.com. If you don't do so when you get them at first you may be liable for the damages and a return may be refused.
All returns must be made 14 days after purchase. You will be responsible for all costs associated with returns. Please allow up to 14 working days from receipt by us for the returned clothing for your refund to be processed.
The shipping fee is non-refundable and won't be sent in your refund.
You will be refunded using the same payment method that you used to pay.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
